Our service history covers the whole event spectrum, from draft programme intervention and facilitating of speakers to post-event production and distribution of an event DVD! We offer two levels of event support ‘ Full Event Management Solutions' and ‘ Assisted Event Management Solutions'.
Full Event Management Solutions Support Base is contracted by its client to deliver full logistical and/or programme development support for an event from start-to-finish, that is, from initial client briefing to post-event communications. We project manage the event throughout, coordinating Support Base activity with external associates, ensuring that budgets and timelines are maintained on behalf of our client. Full event management may include some, or all of the following elements, depending on the resources available to a client in-house:-
- Full event briefing with client
- Research and preparation of timelines, black-out dates and optional dates for an event
- Event budget preparation and supplier evaluations and costs
- Venue searches and negotiating of service provision
- Marketing & communications budgeting and timeline planning
- Development of event programme, preferred speakers, moderators, guests, press corps' etc
- Initial & ongoing communications with prospective speakers, moderators & guests
- Design, print, distribution of all printed materials (invitations, programme brochures, updates), including electronic distribution and hosting services, if required
- Project management of all external suppliers
- Budget control
- Telephone activity including tele-marketing
- Event staffing
- PR support options
- Post event communications – design, print and fulfilment service (for post-event reports etc)
Assisted Event Management Solutions
Support Base assists clients in delivering specific event support to a person or a department responsible for coordinating an event. This is a solution for clients who may already have in-house resources covering one area of event development, but who lack such a resource in another. The elements available to clients who choose ‘Assisted Event Management' may be selected from those appearing in our ‘Full Event Management' provision. This provision includes programme development, venue and provider searches, stakeholder communications, marketing, design & print services and external supplier management.
Whatever your event, congress, conference, seminar or ceremony, Support Base is able to integrate its service provision with your own, in order to maximise communication and project delivery between a client and external providers, thereby producing maximum awareness and exposure for your event amongst your core audience.
